Support JECA

According to Napoleon, there are three things needed to fight a war. The first is money. The second is money. And the third is money.

Education is war. We are at war against a whole world roaring with their false ideologies about children, education, doctrine, absolutes and reality. Their noise is not deafening because we are sure of Christ.

The work of a start-up is enormous, and if it were not for the generous donations already given to JECA and the sweet satisfaction that this endeavor is all of God, then we could be slightly disheartened. We are currently in need of almost everything pertaining to the running of a school.

Many of the JECA’s ideas and policies are in place, but the physical needs are only now being addressed. Donations to JECA are tax-deductible (all donation receipts will be issued between January 1 and 15 of the following calendar year) and can be given in the form of cash, check, money orders, PayPal transfers, stocks, gold, property, vehicles, and physical goods. Fatted calves are also welcome.

Our goal for this first school year is to raise no less than $120,000 above and beyond tuition and fees. This is ambitious and necessary to perform the task well. This money will be used to buy office supplies, provide basic technology, supplement salaries, buy insurances, provide essential furniture, rent a building, and a wide array of other needs that are natural and necessary to starting a school. This amount is really quite modest and is easily achievable when our friends and partners give as God prompts them.

If these things were for our own personal gain, we would not be so forthright, but these things are for Kingdom work, and the need is both immediate and great. Our highest aim in asking you for help is not that you give because we are asking, but that you learn about our vision and our mission, love it, and then want to give from your abundance.

Dave Ramsey said that, “Giving is possibly the most fun you will ever have with money. Fun is good, but you will tire of gold and travel, and if you eat enough, lobster starts tasting like soap. Investing is good, but going around and around that Monopoly board eventually loses its appeal—especially after you reach the Pinnacle Point. Every mentally and spiritually healthy person I’ve met has been turned on by giving as long as it didn’t mean his own lights got cut off. I can promise you from meeting with literally thousands of millionaires that the thing the healthy ones share in common is a love of giving.”
